The Squantum Association's newly renovated member's cottage, known to our membership as the Captain's Cottage, is open year-round. It is available for member events and private member rentals for meetings and social gatherings.
The cottage is fully equipped with a 70-inch TV w/ HDMI hookups for presentations, Cox Wi-Fi, a kitchen area, a bar area with full-service beer, wine, and liquor capabilities, a private restroom, and much more.
The Cottage capacity is up to 24 guests for meetings, 35 for sit-down meals, and 40 for cocktail parties.
