The Squantum Association's newly renovated member's cottage known to our membership as the captain's cottage is open year-round. It is available for member events and private rentals to the general public for meetings and social gatherings.

The cottage is fully equipped with a 70-inch tv w/ HDMI hookups for presentations, cox wi-fi, its own kitchen area, a bar area with full-service beer, wine, and liquor capabilities, a private restroom, and much more. 

The Cottage capacity is up to 24 guests for meetings, 40 for sit-down meals, and 50 for cocktail parties.
